Online reservations should
be made two weeks in advance to allow for the confirmation process to take
place. Reservations made within the two week period risk not having a confirmed
reservation. Please note: if you do not receive confirmation of your reservation
by email or phone, call 1-800-270-8808 to verify that reservation information
was received.
To hold reservations you
may use a credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or send a check payable to FRCC,
$20.00/canoe, kayak or raft per day or $6.00/tube. When sending deposit
checks, be sure to have your check arrive at our office at least one week
prior to the reservation date. Also please note in the memo section of
your check the reservation date. To save time, print out and completely
fill in the Waiver/Release form prior to your arrival.
(One per person, 18 years or older!)
If you need to cancel
your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled
reservation date, within the 72 hour period prior to your reservation date,
you will forfeit the reservation deposit listed above. Some exceptions
do apply in the case of inclement weather or flood (call for details).
